'They switched to a TV cable network hard for old people to get their channels. Phone in room did not work unable to call the desk. Had to wait 15 minutes before someone s howed up at the desk.'

'Clean linens, but there was still hair in the shower, the jacuzzi felt like you were going to fall through it when you were standing in the shower, and the external part of the jacuzzi where it covers the motor was falling off of the tub/wall. The shower wall (plaster) was falling apart, and it was questionable as to if we would find used needles on the carpet based off of the feel of the hotel. Anywhere we went, we were eyed like we were going to get mugged, and we weren't even dressed fancy.'

They did refer us to the 3 public pools, one of which was closed and the other 2 had an unknown wait time for over capasity. The YMCA requires membership, which the staff misinformed us about.'

'The staff was fantastic, especially the evening desk person. She was the absolute best!'

'We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Please change hot water for oatmeal. I advised front desk but day 2 and 3 advice not taken. Current way is burn hazard. 'Our first room literally smelled like raw sewage. They changed our room to a room that smelled, but at least it wasn’t raw sewage. I travel all the time and never give a bad review. I went to the bistro and ordered an old-fashioned. They charged me $12 and I left a three dollar tip charge to my room. 10 minutes later a different bartender told me that I can’t make it a room charge and gave me a new bill charging $14 without telling him you should raise the price. 'We checked in and left after entering the room… Place is in very bad shape, room smelled… Lady in the front desk was very nice. We did not get our money back.'
