'I was told I was getting an upgrade and ended up in a tiny room. I was travelling with others that had booked the same room that I had originally booked and their room was by far nice than my "upgrade". I don't think I will be staying here again.'

'My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I would say we had was when booking there was only the option of 2 queen beds and having a toddler we preferred a king which was unavailable when booking. When we got to the hotel we asked and they had one but wanted to charge $52/night so we ended up with the 2 queen. The cleaning staff was really nice and gave us whatever we needed. The staff around the property were really friendly and helpful'
