'Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly. We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel. Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again! '

'Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!'

'Would not stay here again. The shower had mold ~ had to go to Walmart to get bleach. Also had to use flip~flops in the shower because it did not drain well. Beds are hard as were the pillows. Staff were not welcoming. '
