'Dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, il est inadmissible de laisser des prostituées ivres mortes hurler, rigoler, vociférer dans les étages (3eme étage, nuit du 01 au 02 aout) de 03 à 04h du matin. Par ailleurs, au bar, service très lent et la bière (même au fût) est tiède. Pas digne d'un 5 étoiles'

'We only needed the hotel room for a few hours before our 1:30 am flight out of KGL. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel shuttle to airport was provided free of charge. Our only complaint would be the poolside restaurant wasn't very good as far as the food quality and the service was really slow.'

'The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent. '

'This hotel is absolutely horrible! It is incredibly overpriced, at the same rate as a Luxury Hotel, but they have service comparable to a Motel in Rural Alabama. They don't have a restaurant, they have a cafeteria with a fixed menu. The portions are tiny (cheap) and I left each meal still feeling hungry. They do not have internet in the Rooms. They do not stock their minibar. Half of the electrical outlets in each room do not work. The entrance of each room is accessed through a back alley...
