'Love it! Great price for what we got'

'The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. We had booked two king suites and mine and my husbands was clean and bed was very comfortable. The coffee maker did not seem to work in our room and the TV kept losing connection which was one issue the staff was unable to help with. My daughters room on the other hand had a VERY bad food odor that would not go away. The staff tried spraying the room and did offer for my daughter to switch rooms, but unfortunately they could not...

'It is an older property but bed comfortable. The price was good. The only real complaint I had is the waffle mix was old and could have really made someone sick. We left and ate elsewhere.'

When I returned to my room that day, my bed was freshly made... however, the drawers where I had carefully put my clothing had been disturbed and rifled through. And missing from my room was the full bottle of water that I'd brought and put by the bed, my personal soap and soap dish that I travel with (as my skin is sensitive) and an apple. Needless to say, I was hardly able to sleep that night as this violation was so...

'Super friendly staff and a cozy clean room. The bathroom was huge and the ability to park right in front of the room is always a win for unpacking and repacking. We will definitely be staying at more RedRoof in the future if this is what we can expect!'

'We ended up turning tail and leaving before our sty. The entire place looked manky and deserted; couldn't even locate an office. In the middle of nowhere; the advertised cafe was closed and for sale. We are two older ladies traveling alone and were afraid to stay there.'

'Very clean, check out was fast, no big issues. My only complaint would be the bright light from the microwave time and the flashing light above the bed for the smoke alarm-need to be adjusted '

'The property was beautiful and relaxing, with the private lake, manicured grounds and surrounded by majestic horses. The hosts were very welcoming. We even had an impromptu game of Cash Cab at breakfast since everyone says My Husband looks like the Cash Cab Host. It was a fun and personalized way to end our visit there! '
