Peacefull, quite and nearby the capital of the Dutch part of St Maarten Phillipsburg. With his patio with a fantastic vieuw at St Barths and the relaxing sound of the waves of the ocean at 70 feet...and a large sand beach at 200 ft. 'This house has an excellent location on a great beach! We spent more time at this beach than any other because it was easy to walk to the house when you needed something. The beach was not crowded, calm, and beautiful. The water is very clear and the area in front of the house is very sandy and good for swimming.
