'WE loved the location of the property although it was a long winding drive to get there.
The view of the beach was beautiful and everything you need is available. The food is very good. There was a different menu every night and the pizza shack pizza was excellent, esp. as an alternative for my 9-year-old grandson. 'My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
