When I called to book this hotel I was asked about the pool party & was told that only hotel guest would be allowed to attend the pool party (no outside guest). That was not true they were letting non hotel guest in for 30.00 a person. This was very disappointing due to my family not being able to enjoy the pool due to sooooo many people….'

'I had much higher expectations for this hotel. I had seen mixed reviews but decided to stay optimistic. The hotel itself seems quite modern and had nice decor but I was very disappointed with our room. The room was very humid, the carpet was wet and the room had a chemical cleaner smell. It was obvious that there had recently been a mess on the carpet and instead of closing the room and having it be properly cleaned they had put us in this room. 'Bij het in het inchecken leek het alsof alles te veel was. De vriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken. De kamer was ook erg donker en rook muf. Het ontbijt hield ook niet echt over. De keuze was dan ook zeer beperkt. Al met al een hotel die erg donker en vergaande glorie uitstraalt. Parkeren was wel prima voor het hotel. Aan de zijkant stonden buiten 4 enorme airco’s die 24/7 draaiden. Het geluid was duidelijk te horen in de kamers.'

'Avoid this place. I know they were doing remodeling, but the blonde lady was obnoxious, berating delivery drivers and such for not knowing how to deliver when the main entrance is closed. We booked a room with complimentary breakfast and the blonde lady told me breakfast was extra. We got a gouge on our rental car bcz hotel staff left the door to the dumpster wide open, obstructing the narrow drive to get to the main road. It was just a horrible experience.
