'There was a winter storm that came through, but we expected nothing less, The owner was out of town, but his nephew who was caring for the place made sure that the snow was cleared and we were not stuck. We couldn’t have asked for more. My kids and I had such a wonderful time.'

'We’ve rented from Chris a few times and every stay has been nothing less than awesome. The properties are always clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything you may need. 'Second time staying here while fishing in the area. Another great stay at the Tailwater and already have plans to come back this winter. Staff are all genuinely nice and everyone does their jobs well. '

'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and spacious. Ample parking, pool area was nice and clean, free laundry room service, continental breakfast was good, fitness room was clean. Stayed one night in a 2 queen bedroom suite with 3 adults, we all were very comfortable in the room which had a lovely kitchenette area with a large refrigerator, sink and dish washer. 'Tim is a wonderful host! He is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The windows give you plenty of privacy during the day while the curtains are drawn letting in natural light. They have a fire pit and even supply wood for it. If you have no interest in building a fire there is also a propane one on the property surrounded with the comforts of patio furniture.
