'My family had a great stay in Phoenix NY. The property was very clean and furnished nicely!! kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and a variety of teas. The owner Bobby was very responsive and checked on us to make sure we had enough towels and toiletries. The river views were breathtaking, very peaceful sunsets and the village was walking distance to the property. We had dinner at Duskie's Bar & Grill, the burgers are amazing!! We will definitely stay at this property again!!!'

'The host was very responsive for any of our questions.The house had a lot of extra amenities and supplies.It was utterly cold and snowed every day, but with the fireplaces running and the available snow shovels, we were able to stay comfortable and get around town easily.Would definitely want to visit during warmer weather '

'The location is nice —if you have a car. It’s near the mall where there is a Starbucks (but it was closed) so that was a bummer. Free breakfast buffet was great. We had three rooms and they all had issues with the TV/cable. Shows would stop working —almost like a lost connection. Frustrating. Shower pressure okay'
