'Beautiful settings. Helpful and friendly staff.'

'Great and plesent place'

'Very comfortable!'

'I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are large with amazing decor. The bathroom is spacious. Controlling the temperature of the room is easy. The staff is super friendly. It's easy to get anywhere from this location. Downtown Nyack has tons of restaurant options and the hotel restaurant is also great. I love the late checkout at noon so I'm never rushed to get out. I highly recommend this hotel.'

'First time I can think of no outlets on lamps or built into night stands. I had to get on my knees to plug into outlets to charge my phone. Most hotels at this price point provide accessible outlets but also have usb ports built in. Coffeemaker was unplugged - okay that’s normal - but no outlet in sight - oh it’s behind the heavy curtain flanking the window. And I’d didn’t work. I took the coffeemaker into the bathroom and it worked there. (My first thought had been ugh it’s broken but that...

'Friendly helpful staff. Clean room with very comfortable bed. Wonderful restaurant food.'

'We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!'

'The Inn is located in a great place and the view is amazing. But it's run down and it needs lots of love. Has the potential to look vintage but it looks old. They need to refresh the rooms and paint the buildings, pick up the overflowing trash on the gazebo and maybe preasure clean it too. Could be so much better with the great location that it has. Continental breakfast and coffee was great.'

'10/10'

'Decent place for 1 night'

'Letterlijk resten van “nummer 2” in het toilet. De kamer werd wel verwisseld na 15 minuten wachten bij de balie. Het tapijt is duidelijk maanden dan geen jaren gereinigd, meubelen zijn oud en versleten, douche gordijn hing er duidelijk ook al langere tijd en was smerig. De kamer waarin wij verbleven heeft een goede grondige schoonmaak beurt nodig'

'It was very quiet in the hotel. The staff was very helpful.'

'The bathroom was not cleaned well with hairs left on the floors, TV, microwave, dryer were not working. The staff at the pantry was terrible not checking if the creamers were empty and wasnt proactive in replacing those. Not worth it staying here.'
