'Amazing '

'Het hotel is goed. Ligt buitenaf tegen een fabrieksterrein maar geen overlast. Verder personeel behulpzaam. Eten goed en betaalbaar'

'Everything was brilliant best hotel we have stayed in a while. Staff friendly service good. Nice touches in bedrooms excellent breakfast. Hotel very clean nice touches throughout.'

'Onvriendelijk personeel. Ongezellig. Niet behulpzaam. Veel te duur voor wat het is! Slecht ontbijt en hotel is in vervallen staat.'

'Nice concept of a hotel sollely on ground level. Initialy hard to find because of the reserved street for locals only. Great hotel with excellent and enthousiastic service. Great compliment for the service mindedness of Pablo. He gave us great tips for things to do and to see in the environment. With extended knowledge of the history and local culture. Great valet parking service. '

'Super nette accommodatie met briljant uitzicht. Het strand op loopafstand (30 minuten).'

'We booked two triple rooms, but only got doubles. No AC. No staff on site. It was fine, but not worth the money for what you got for the stay.'

'We hadden een heel fijn verblijf. Heel vriendelijk personeel. '

'Keurig, ruim en schoon appartement. Uitstekende service van de receptioniste. Ligging ten opzichte van Zarautz centrum en strand niet ideaal, vooral vanwege de parkeerproblemen in Zarautz. Wifi matig.'

'We stayed 2 nights. Good location 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check-in was through a kiosk that wasn’t intuitive. Once we checked in, the key cards to the hotel room stopped working and had to be replaced. Then the AC stopped working on the 2nd night. Parking is also difficult in the town.'

'Vistas Nada'

'The personable service To be honest, I cannot think of enything, we had a fantastic experience'
