'I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised.
There was no operating restaurant.
The room was unclean
The shutters on the windows broken.
Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.'

'The room was cleaned everyday and spotless, all the staff were amazing always going out of there way for you. The amenities are excellent and there is always something to do. The food was delicious and they would always try to cook to your needs. Definitely worth going too and we are definitely going back. '

'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...).
Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'

'The place was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and fresh, beautiful views and the food was amazing but most importantly the staff was the best part, every single one the wait staff, the cleaning crew, the drivers and the garden guys all were absolutely lovely and so friendly they always went out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It was the hardest part about leaving saying goodbye to them all. 100% recommend to anyone'

'This was by far our favorite place during our South Pacific travels. The accommodations were spacious, clean, private, and beautiful. The staff was outstanding, and the restaurant and bar consistently over-delivered on quality and service. We couldn't have been happier. Ten out of ten.'

'Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.'
