'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...).
Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'

'The room was cleaned everyday and spotless, all the staff were amazing always going out of there way for you. The amenities are excellent and there is always something to do. The food was delicious and they would always try to cook to your needs. Definitely worth going too and we are definitely going back. '

'The owner, the staff, the location, and the rental unit were all fantastic. Having the lagoon right next to the lanai was so nice. Everything worked very well, the kitchen was even stocked with pots, pans, dishes, everything needed and all of it very useable and in working order. Even a French press. Super. They even had sea salt and a fresh pepper grinder. Great little things that make a big different to some of us. I was in to Vila every day for work while staying and it was so easy to...

'I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it. '
