'The lady at front desk never ask for my ID she sent us to room who was already occupied, after that said to us they did not have rooms available. Finally we got a room and I was not as clean as previous stay, and AC was making a lot of noise '

'No coffee machine, they clean your room every 14 days, you have to log in to the internet every day (not just once for your stay) and you can only use 2 devices. The lights turn off automatically and you have to turn them back on, and you have to pay for cookware.'

'The comforter had spots like it hadn’t be wash or cleaned. There was a guy in my room claim he was maintenance fixing the tv. The Sunday morning desk lady(young girl) just snatch the key cards from and shut the window. When I tried to ask for a receipt she told me to check my email and slammed the window shut and walked away When I saw this I was I had picked the wrong hotel, but tried to make it work. I will not be returning to this location again'

'The property was great and great staff had some problems with the room little roaches started coming out by the end of my trip 4 days in & the bed sheets had a burn hole'

'Personeel aan de balie was geweldig en super behulpzaam. Kamers worden helaas niet standaard schoongemaakt. Bergen worden niet opgedekt. Wel dagelijks schone handdoeken. Ontbijt is oké, niet super uitgebreid. '
