It mattered. This hotel was worth the extra $ which really wasn’t even that much extra anyways.'

'This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at. The day I arrived they took my card for $50 an incidentals and never returned it when I checked out. I left my shoes behind and noticed about half an hour after I left. I called the front desk. The lady assured me she would hold onto them for me so that when I drove back two days later to catch my flight, I would stop by and pick them up. When I arrived back at the hotel, no one knew anything about it. Couldn’t find my shoes anywhere...

'I love the staff here. They are quiet, not mouthy or rude. Quite the opposite. The housekeepers are awesome. I would put them up against the Hilton Downtown any day. I have to give a shoutout to Carla who works the front desk during the day. Thank you so much for taking care of my extended stay so quick and efficiently!! She’s fast, funny, and delightful to interact with. The hotel is not new but kept very clean and neat. Since I extended my stay, I didn’t need my room cleaned but I needed...

'Vlotte check in maar zonder enthousiasme. Ontbijt was er niet, je kreeg iedere ochtend ontbijt met soort van broodje hamburger, reepje en cake. Was erg simpel en eentonig als je drie nachten verblijft. Gelukkig ketens in de buurt dus daar ontbijt genomen. Was een tegenvaller en had dit graag tevoren geweten dan had ik ander hotel gekozen'

'Twee dagen van de drie geen ontbijt gehad omdat alles leeg was om 8:45 uur, terwijl het ontbijt tot 10:00 uur zou zijn. De assistent manager achter de receptie was mega arrogant en zei dat het haar verantwoordelijkheid niet was. Totaal geen excuses of niks. Zijn verplicht buiten de deur gaan ontbijten. Ronduit belachelijk!'
