Kies je hotel in Woodford County

'Pool closed with zero notification to guests. Several rooms with broken TV’s or no TV at all. Laundry broken. Bar wasn’t open. SLOW check in- with only one person at the desk (she left in the middle of the our check in line to go make a bed for someone. She also answered calls and made check-in guests wait while she answered and talked to them instead of putting them on hold. Room was clean but very small. They do not provide water for the coffee maker in the room (you have to bring your own or...

'The room was very clean the breakfast was great the only issues we had was that sink area off of our bedroom would not drain and when you turned the heater on in the main area of our room it smells really bad and it set off the fire alarm. Staff was very friendly and very nice!'

'My wife and daughter loved the hotel and the breakfast'

'The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.'

'This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. It must have had a serious leak for a long time as the smell of mildew is very strong, water damage to walls and ceilings. It is very sad to see how it wasn’t fixed when it should have been. The service on the other hand is excellent. Very kind people work there. They deserve to work in a well-maintained hotel as they are exceptional!! I hope the new owners will repair this hotel to its former glory! In the meantime, I’ll still book there. Just worried...

'Everything was good, but had hoped for a slightly better included breakfast as far as protein selection.'

'Bathroom Floor is so slippery when wet it is a lawyer suit waiting to happen.'

'I had stayed there a couple years ago, and it was well maintained, but this time my room stunk, like it hasn't been open for a while, plus a smell of smoke, toilet seat was broken staff was not available at front desk when driving or leaving. Will not be back!'

'Our stay here was very disappointing. The exterior of the property was undergoing construction and looked completely chaotic and run-down, and the lobby did not make a good first impression either. While the room initially looked clean at first glance, we quickly found old leftover food left inside the refrigerator from previous guests. The pillows were lumpy and worn out from over-washing, and there was a strange, funky smell in the room—possibly an attempt to cover something up with heavy air...

'Crappy bed. Dated, poorly maintained property. Lukewarm hot water.'

'Late arrival, room was ready and quiet. Free toiletries were handy after a long day of travel, nice touch!'

'I booked this hotel through Expedia in April and I put my trust in them with my reservation. So the day I was set to arrive the hotel was NOT the hotel I reserved. Apparently the Days Inn in El Paso IL is permanently closed and has been for 4/5 years!!! So why put it on the site if it’s not there. I’m still waiting to hear back from Expedia for my refund and even they were hard to find. I hope this doesn’t happen to any one else.'

'Ideal location with all needed features in place. Also, check in went smoothly.'

'Adorable place! What a neat find :-)'
