'Visually the hotel is stunning, hotel staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. There are two elevators for six floors and wait times were 2 to 6 minutes to get up to your room fourth floor. My wife was trapped in the bathroom immediately upon arrival she physically could not open the slider door because it had come off the rail. It is a solid wood door, so I had to physically pick it up off the ground and open the door for her.. We called the desk and the staff was up in 10 minutes and fixed it...

'We were in town for the FIFA match. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff. The manager let us do an early check in for free and hung flags of the daily FIFA teams. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the rooms looked like they were recently updated. The towels seemed brand new. Good experience'

'Lots of potential but not a good value. No room or maid service, no spa. No place to hang clothes in a suite. Poor customer service, not ADA friendly. Its a 2 star hotel advertising itself as a 4 star spa resort'

'Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was nice and really quiet, beds were comfortable.Nice place to stay, Didn’t expect to have to pay for breakfast. Need more parking space Would stay there again.'

'Loved special TV welcome, clean quiet and freeway accessible'

'Property was very clean, amenities we're decent, staff was welcoming. The only dissatisfaction I had was, the pool was to cold to get into, especially without a hot tub on the premises.'

'Swimming pool and hot tub were great after our long drive. Towels could be upgraded. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping staff was exceptional.'
