'This is a great, older ‘Mom and Pop’ motel in a cute small town! The check-in was comfortable, old-style with the key by the TV…although technically contactless, the owners were around and welcomed us and offered any help we might need, tips on visiting Letchworth, local dining, etc! 'The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! 'Very cozy and clean but needs to be rearranged for space and needs more places to put suitcases and things in bathroom have no room. Mirror isn't over sink and plug for hairdryer is really low. Ladder in middle of the room takes up too much space. Did have alot of ammenities for kitchen if needed.'

Price at begining of booking was good ..later ..a lot of surcharges....and the way is set up..we ended..going to wallmart and spend 60 more for bedsheats....because ..we missed on your website some fineprint...warning the customer to get his own bedding....so with the final price we could stay in Microtell next village and not worries about it. 'Bluebird cottage is a quaint cabin on Silver Lake. We enjoyed our time there and Jennifer was great in corresponding in a timely manner. Definitely would stay there again.'

'Pet friendly. Very close the Letchworth State Park, “Grand Canyon of the East”. Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at the Lumber Yard restaurant, 2 miles away. Great weekend getaway.'

'Had a fantastic weekend at Dell’s Highbanks location. An amazingly beautiful curated space with everything you could want. Had the catered charcuterie plate and it was both delicious and huge. Great location for the sunrise and only a minute away from the Perry entrance to Letchworth State park (which is a must see). Enjoyed the Silver Lake Brewery, the bookstores and coffee shops in the town of Perry. Definitely could have spent more time in the area. Guess we’ll need to plan another...
