'We loved the game room downstairs, which allowed our grandson to learn new games. Kitchen was nicely equipped and roomy. The only small downside was the house had a musty smell when we first entered and the basement was the same.Ron was a great host and quickly responded to any questions I had. The house was a great location to Letchworth and we would rent again should we come back to the park! And I would refer friends and relatives to this location. '

'It was a quaint experience staying in this small, yet comfortable cottage house. The house is well kept and the furnishings, including the beds, are very relaxing for a good nights rest. It also has a beautiful view of Silver Lake from the living room, which is wonderful to wake up to in the morning. It’s a little too close to other waterfront properties to my liking, but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while...

'We enjoyed the stay right from the start. The place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything one would need was provided and more! David was great and there if we needed anything. We would have enjoyed the outdoors, ie., the fire pit and grill, had it been a little warmer. Overall, the place is easily 5 stars! '
