'남편과 함께 자유여행으로 방문했는데 호텔도 깨끗하고 직원들도 모두 친절해서 여행하는데 불편함이 없었어요 조식도 종류가 다양하고 맛도 좋았어요 선월드 모노레일 타는곳까지 걸어서 7분정도면 충분 했어요 호텔 입구가 1층과 15층 두곳에 있어서 차를 이용할때는 1층 로비를 이용하고 도보로 이용할때는 15층 로비를 이용하면 편리해요. 모하나도 15층으로 나가서 우측으로 내려가다보면 코너에 있어서 도보5분이면 갈수 있어요 발코니에서 바라보는 경치는 정말 환상적에요 100% 재방문 의사 있어요'

'Fijn hotel. Iets buiten het centrum, maar er is een gratis shuttle beschikbaar. Geen upgrade gekregen, maar dat wordt meer dan goed gemaakt met gratis toegang tot de Spa en sauna. Kamers zijn ruim. Voor onze huwelijksreis vonden we een mooi fruitmand, lekkere bonbons en rozenblaadjes. Ontbijt was ruim en goed. '

'Such a wonderful resort with amazing views of Sapa. A must stay if you are here. You will not regret it! The breakfast buffet is delicious and the infinity pool is awesome. The staff members Louis and Lilia were fantastic, kind, and helpful. I totally recommend this place.'

'A truly first class fantastic experience at this property. Excellent service from the front desk to the restaurants to the service staff all throughout. Extremely prim and proper and well trained in the art of service culture. Surprisingly, this is an independent hotel not under any franchise but it might as well be! The standards were that good! Just walking distance to the Sapa Station where you can start your journey up the mountain of fansipan via cable car. Great experience!'
