'This apartment in a 4 unit building with its own parking lot was on a quiet street. Easy to get to no matter what side of the city I came from and close enough to walk to downtown (6 blocks) and half a block off the famous Little Italy street for food and cocktails and then brunch and coffee in walking distance in the mornings too. The unit had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and bath, shared laundry. Great mattress and pillows! Easy keypad entry. I’d stay there over and over again!'

'Great experience. Very close to a lot of downtown restaurants and Bridgeton. 10 to 15 mnutes from the beach. Lots of added special touches and amenities. Great job by the host.'

My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. 'The property was accurately descrubed. Clean, comfortable, and had everthing needed to stay. Location is close to differently trails and the amusement park. Loed the amenities. We will definitely stay again. '

'This was the perfect space for our family. I read reviews about the steep steps and small bathroom but neither were a problem for us. Everything was clean, it was well stocked and the host was responsive prior to our trip. I did not have to contact himnduring the trip for anything. '

'The host never gavevus access to the place, we had to find our own last minute arrangements, truly awful. VRBO was awesome, we filed a complaint, they attempted to contact the host with no response so I got a full refund. Be careful.'

'I stayed here for 2 months and it was great. It was clean, modern, and had everything needed for a long term stay. It’s very close to the water and I enjoyed going for runs around the area. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place around New Haven.'
