'The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. '

'Warlock house was located in a great location within walking distance of most things. Beds were very comfy and we had tons of room to spread out with the 3 bedrooms. The decor and overall theme was spot on! Loved the spooky vibes. Communication with host was fast. Only drawback was no early storage of bags. We ended up dropping ours off at the UPS store. Overall would stay here again.'

'House was impeccably clean and designed so beautifully. The location was a quiet little street full of lovely historic homes. The beds were so comfortable! Joe was a super nice and responsive host and helped us out when our flight got changed and our arrival time was several hours earlier than expected. We truly enjoyed our stay here.'

'The pictures were accurate, and the rooms were spacious. However, the space was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell near the entrance. The oven and coffee maker were dirty, and there were chemicals all over the oven. The TV controllers were not working, but they looked for them and gave us replacement controls. Bring your own towels because the ones they provided had a bad smell, even though we only used them to step on after showering. Considering the price, I don’t think it was worth it.'

'We had a great time staying here and exploring not only Boston, but Wakefield too! It was a quick drive to Salem as an added bonus. The house is a perfect homebase with everything you could want. Nearby shops, grocers, and restaurants made even the necessities fun!'

'Amin's apt was clean, well-furnished, conveniently located, well air-conditioned. When it turned out that he couldn't show up to meet me when I arrived, he sent rather cryptic instructions about how to gain access that delayed me for 45 minutes or so. That was not a good start. But after that, everything was fine.'
