'We had such a great time staying in Rachel's space. The building is located right in a lovely area of Marblehead, and the space itself was just what we were looking for. It was small but well laid out, with everything we needed for a great weekend. The best part was Rachel's communication. The check-in was effortless. She was incredibly responsive to questions and very helpful in her responses. She sets an extremely high bar for future rentals like this.'

'Place is super clean exactly like the pics. Everything was easy to find and everyone was comfortable sleeping (even on the pull out pad). Area is super close to a bunch a restaurants and walkable places. Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Boston.'

'Great place for a family, we had our 18yr niece with us so having a separate bedroom for her was a great find. Marblehead was an ideal location for getting around. Easy drives getting to Boston, Salem, Concord, Gloucester and the beaches packed in a lot in seven days'

'Everything was exactly as hoped and expected! Our family was very comfortable for our short stay over New Years visiting friends nearby. We didn’t want to leave! Donald was super helpful and responsive and we lacked for nothing. Beds were also very comfy:) We look forward to hopefully staying another time soon!'

'The location, the hosts and all the little extras were top notch! It was so welcoming to be greeted with a bottle of wine and other little culinary treats — they even had a darker make-up towel( now that is really going above & beyond). The only caveat would be the bathroom and bedroom are on different levels- it was fine for us , but if you were to have mobility issues it might be challenging I couldn’t be any more effusive about how perfect this stay was. Two thumbs way up!'

'5 stars! Wonderful place, incredible views right on the beach. Don't know what we enjoyed more - sunrise coffee or sunset bourbon on the deck. Great location - everything you need just a few minutes away and Salem is only around 45 minutes to the south. Check in/out very easy with great instructions and timely, easy communication with your host. Thank you!'

'This is a very well-kept property in a three story-walk up. My four friends and I (adult males) really appreciated all of the amenities and cleanliness of the home (and two showers!). I do want to call out that the owner is extremely particular about ensuring that guests are mindful of noise while in the apartment. I was reminded multiple times leading up to the stay that I needed to be quiet and that “the neighbors complain when [the host] has adult males over because they are so loud and...

'We enjoyed the quiet location. Condo was very clean and welcoming. 12 minutes away from downtown Boston (ether Uber or redline subway). Great communication with the hosts. And if you want to go for a walk at the Boston Harborwalk, it’s only less than half a mile away. We will definitely book this condo next time we go back to Boston. 'We were recently in Stoneham for a short weekend trip to tour colleges. The rental was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants and stores within 30 mins from where we were scheduled to spend the day. Great stay overall.'

'We could not have chosen a better location in the city or a nicer place to stay. The property was exactly as shown in the listing; a lovely one-bedroom condo with a very nice kitchen; a spacious shower and wonderful bath. We had interesting views of Beacon Street from our living room windows and a large and comfortable bedroom. The Green Line “T” ran right down the street and we used it often. We were able to walk to and from Fenway Park and many local restaurants. We would definitely recommend...
