'Wonderful home within easy driving distance of downtown and big box stores. We had 9 adult family members enjoy the stay, and it was great to have plenty of bedrooms and the 3 full baths. The pool and hot tub and big porch were fantastic amenities. Clean house, cozy wood interior, lots or parking, and easy to navigate to. Checks all the boxes!'

'We had 12 people! We were all very happy to have a bed! Plenty of room to spread out. Very comfortable. Check-in was fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. We tried to use the ice maker but it appeared to leak so we just made ice cubes. Light over stove did not work. Plenty of towels was appreciated. I hope we left it in good shape. 'The house is good sized with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and comfortable living spaces including a screened porch, outside deck, and large yard for kids to play or to have a campfire. The property was clean and spacious, with comfortable accommodations, all within minutes from either a terrific Lake Superior beach or Lake Independence. And while Big Bay is a smaller community, it does offer a convenience store in case you need a last-minute grocery item or an ice cream...
