'Friendly and helpful staff, clean and airy room, comfortable bed, and nice towels. The shower had excellent water pressure. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which all smelled nice.
I would only suggest they oil the windows because the windows were a bit hard to slide open. The screens should be cleaned as well.
Otherwise, it was super enjoyable and we will DEFINITELY return at our next visit 😊🐻'

The decor was adorable, and a lot of attention to detail was apparent in how each room was decorated. I came away with some great ideas to redecorate my own home. This is also a great location if you were ever going do a little friends/family reunion because there are multiple houses to rent on a property. The landscaping was also very welcoming and beautiful. '

'We enjoyed our stay. We brought our classic car for the Big Bear fun run. Cy was great! My exhaust was hitting the speed bump at the entrance and he let me go through the back gate when I went in and out. So I wouldn't scrape my bottom of my car. Cable's good. Bed was nice very quiet. We're going to go back someday.'

'They upgraded our room so we had lakefront with a balcony. The view is incredible. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean and no issues with hot or cold water as some others had experienced it. The staff are very nice and accommodating.
