'I really enjoyed my stay at the Dome. It's comfortable, cozy and the perfect location for exploring Peggy's Cove. Fav things: the indoor and outdoor fire, sauna, and bird feeders. Constant views of blue jays, juncos, doves and chipmunks feeding and fleeting in the woods. The bed is really comfy, too, and there are plenty of appliances and kitchen tools to cook your own meals if you plan for what is available. '

The power was out for most of our stay - not their fault, it affected the whole region - but the wood stove, the propane stovetop, and wood-fired hot tub meant we could still enjoy all the things! 'This is a rustic cabin but served our needs. Bring your own shampoo and soap. The bed is difficult for 2 people if you need to get up in the night. We found it chilly at night but the staff responded very quickly when we requested a space heater. '
