'everything was amazing the room was so comfortable, the only thing was the card kept deactivating making it hard to get into the room everytime we left the hotel to come back but other then that . The staff was very welcoming and everything was very clean and comfortable.'

'Well, it has been sometime since I stayed at the Fairmont in Dallas. The hotel was okay, but certainly not what it has been in the past. The rooms are clean, albeit a bit dated, in need of a refresh. The Pyramid Room was once an exceptional restaurant (actually a destination restaurant) which rivaled the French Room at the Adolphus. 'Elevators were malfunctioning to the point of us having to walk down 21 flights of stairs. Totally ridiculous.'
