'Outstanding hotel, situated in a quiet location away from the noisy and busy city . Rooms are cozy and maximally comfy. Good interior, with extra duvet kept for use. Cleanliness was a top notch. Bed was very comfortable , King size mattress with all white and succulent duvet and pillows. Clean toilet , bespoke and tailored to ultimate comfort and splendor. Staff were polite, friendly and highly professional. Would greatly recommend!! Definitely repeating my stay. '

'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'
