My room was very nice-clean, conteporary and with a nice view. I also really liked the iced coffee and sandwhich Jamilah made me in the breakfast/lunch cafe! I would definitely stay again if I return to D.C.'

'The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay. '

'Oh my goodness. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found SIXTY. My experience began with correspondence with Johnny, the Front Desk Manager. My family and I traveled to DC to have our civil wedding ceremony. We needed an early check in so that we could get ready before heading to the courthouse. Well the team over delivered! 'If you're looking at this hotel, go ahead and book it! Not only is it luxurious and friendly, but you'll find at least 5 taxis by it at any time (a definite plus when certain Metro lines are being repaired). Added bonus: the signature house fragrance is unspeakably delicious. You will love your stay here!'

'Access to paid per day Equinox was good. Great central location in the city. Staff mostly amazing. Room cleaning attention to detail not as good as it should be. '

'Nice room, pretty hotel. Lots of construction in the area at this time. This is the second time we’ve stayed, and the second time I’ve received random charges on my credit card that I had to ask about. During this stay we couldn't check in until 4:30 given a glitch in their system ( the room was ready but the front desk couldn’t “release it”). A couple of minutes turned into 30. '

'Literally home away from home! This hostel/hotel is made up of three converted walk-ups. There are hostel-style rooms with multiple beds, and there are hotel-style rooms with bed and full bathroom. The room I stayed in had a very tall window that could be opened. Logistically speaking: there is a Safeway within a few blocks that’s open late. 'Tegenover het Witte Huis ligt dit hotel. Tikkeltje ouderwets maar de service is fantastisch. Kamers zijn goed uitgerust met allee technische faciliteiten. Kamer zijn wel klein evenals de badkamer De inrichting is klassiek. Goede amenities in de badkamer van Etro. Maar zoals de taxichauffeur zei: De Hay Adams is meer voor regeringspersonen, overheid, De Four Seasons voor de creatievelingen.......'

'The property is older, has smaller rooms, worn public spaces and not special but charges like it’s the a brand new Ritz or Four seasons. It does not deserve the four stars. '
