'The Property faces Lake Lure which is a pleasant view. There's quaint restaurant around the corner. It had a nice little grassy doggy pad. And the hotel welcomes dogs sincerely love that and a few of the restaurant has outdoor seating so dogs are welcome.'

'Location was great! It was close enough to walk up town, so we didn't have to worry about finding a parking place. We enjoyed sitting on the private deck listening to the river. Though no fault of the management, we had some very loud neighbors that kept us awake until very late and woke us up very early. It was a quaint little lodge and we will be back!'

'My buddy and I get our families together every few years. We decided to try out Lake Lure this year. The Lake Lure Oasis in the Woods was the perfect place! We had 11 guests to include 4 adults and 7 kids from 3 to 16 years of age. Chris’ place was plenty spacious for us and very clean. Chris was very responsive. 'Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! '

'Five stars for this beautiful and cozy cabin which is just as described. Plenty of space for 7 adults with comfy common areas to socialize and 4 nice bedrooms & bathrooms for privacy. Kitchen was clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the hot tub and the fire table on the back porch after a long hiking day.
