'Me and my daughter stayed at the Willin house to celebrate completing her first year at uni and it was fantastic! Lucas and Andrea couldnt do enough for us thet really went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is impeccably clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. They even let us have a lie in after the normal check out time which was much needed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Blackpool and will definitely be returning. Thank you guys 😊 '

'The best Blackpool hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were great, really helpful. Our seaview room was decorated with a magic theme which was very novel. A very comfortable bed which clearly had a a good quality mattress and linen. The bathroom was clean, modern abd very spacious for Blackpool!'

'Just returned from an overnight stay at the Lucena with my partner and toddler. Arrived early and asked if we could leave our cases but we were able to check in straight away. We had room number 3 which was a double bed and bunk bed room. We had more than enough room for us all. The beds were really comfy which was definitely needed after countless walks up and down to see the illuminations and the kettle in the room was very welcomed. 'Most plugs in room not working. No remote for TV. If the plugs were working it was only for a certain amount of time. We had 2 rooms, in 1 room shower had very little water pressure and in the other it wasnt working at all. Window in 1 room was broken so could not be closed. No heating in 1 room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the duvets werent the best. No locks on bathroom doors'
