'Pool was closed, closes early on a Sunday, so disappointing. People playing loud music and shouting, put up with it until 3am then complained to reception, apparently other people complained and nothing was done, they went to tell them eventually but obviously don't like doing confrontation so they ignore the problems. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.'

'As always the staff were wonderful, special shoutout to Martin and Nathan. We stayed in the president room this time which has its own separate livingroom, ceiling fans in both rooms. On the first floor, turn right as you leave the lift and the room is just through the doors, turn left as you come out of the lift and you are at the restaurant. '!!DO NOT STAY HERE!! there was mould all over the room, when alerting staff 2 men came downstairs into the room holding pillowcases. Then they proceeded to wipe the walls with them, telling me that it should be fine “we will spray the walls”. Also telling me that this room isn’t normally hired out as it has ‘problems’.
