'The hotel was nice but I had a negative experience regarding the staff. Our email said check in began at 3 pm. We showed up at this time to drop off luggage and use the bathroom before heading back out. When we were given our code and went to our room, the door was already open. Housekeeping hadn't finished cleaning though it looked like they were close. We found some staff who apologized and said it would be done soon. 'We loved everything about our hotel room! Very very clean and organized and even though there wasn’t an elevator (due to it being an historic building) we were helped definitely felt comfortable and taken care of.'
