'The housekeeping staff stood right outside my door Sunday morning at 8 am very loudly. Woke me up. I wasn’t sleeping very well so it seemed like I got zero sleep. Problem is when I complained, nothing changed. They stayed talking in the hallway for about 30 mins. Not normal for Hilton brand. '

'Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. '

'The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was modern and very comfortable. The downside was that loud music was playing for several hours in the pool area. We finally called the front desk at 1am about it. The staff said that they had not been able to hear it from inside. They were apologetic and took care of it immediately. Just wish we had called down sooner. Overall a good stay.'

'The Oceaneer surprised us in many ways. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and the property is exceptionally clean. The recent renovation gives the place a very modern feel. They did an excellent job transforming the old motel rooms into cozy, contemporary spaces with a nicely updated bathroom and shower. They even managed to fit a small sofa into the room. (The only slightly odd thing was that the table was bolted to the floor and couldn’t be moved.) The A/C...

'We had a lovely stay at Sand Dunes Motel as usual! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would have appreciated fresh towels and toilet paper during our stay, but other than that everything was excellent. We always enjoy staying here and will definitely be returning again next year!'

'The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.'

'We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly lady that was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. It had a kitchenette which came in handy. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and microwave. The coffee maker was fully stocked. We felt very safe and secure there. The breakfast had a wide choice of items from pancakes and sausage to cereals and fresh fruit. Would definitely recommend this hotel as everything was great!'

'Thus was the best surprise of our trip. Just a 2 minute walk from the Inn to the beach. And 5 minutes to the boardwalk. Quiet. Peaceful. Will definitely book here our next stay.'

'The hotel is a little challenging to pull into off of Carolina Beach Road, but the property itself is clean and comfortable. There is a communal microwave that is not listed in the property description, so don't let that discourage you from getting leftovers to heat up.'

'The condo I stayed in was in desperate need of an update. In top of the furniture being old and worn out, the bed sounded like a spring was going to come through at any moment. The kitchen didn’t have any silverware. The TV did not have a remote. Hopefully I just had an old unit and others have been updated'
