'My family and I stayed with this host during the 2024 solar eclipse (which happened to be my daughter’s birthday)! We had an absolutely fantastic day. My daughters and their cousins loved going to the barn and visiting the animals – especially the barn cats! The hosts have really thought of everything. Traveling with a five year-old and a two year-old is never easy, but all the thoughtful family touches some much needed help during our trip. Thank you again, we would 100% recommend this property...

'We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.'

'This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. Genevieve is an awesome host!'

'We booked in hopes of seeing the stars, but saw rain everyday. That did not spoil our stay we enjoyed the time together. The house was roomy and we had a great time bonding together and catching up with each other.'

'Coming from the busy city life this house offered us the perfect place to relax, listen to the birds, and watch the stars. We were able to visit Letchworth State Park (40 minutes), Town of Cuba (15 minutes), Buffalo (1 hour and a half), and Niagara Falls (2 hours). The house had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and we certainly will go back if we are traveling in that area.'

'We live in the area but wanted a night to get away as two of our girls had birthdays. This was a wonderful experience to have a girls night. I highly recommend. The accommodations were clean welcoming and relaxing.'
