'Quite disappointed in this stay. Yes, the room was spacious and clean. But it’s advertised as a sound proofed room - it is not. Very very loud with noises from the busy street, hearing neighbours (walls so thin I could hear their morning alarm going off). Any time someone flushed their toilet I could hear the pipes like they were in the room. I also messaged staff for help with WiFi and air con with zero response. '

'We appreciated the hosts taking our last minute same day booking on an expedia relocation after our previous location did not have working hot water. 'It’s exactly what I needed a few blocks from the station at my budget price. Everything was recently renovated brand, new clean and functioning and the location to walk. The entire city in a day was perfect and there’s luggage storage on the next block after you check out because this is not a full service hotel. There’s no front desk but everything was perfect.'

'Great location, clean and comfortable. Close to everything, but really felt like we were in a neighborhood where people live and go to school, which made it feel special. The key situation was a little cumbersome since our cell service was spotty and after being out all day we were frequently worried our phones would die before we got back to the property to open the door. It was hard to get a taxi from the neighborhood to the airport at 4 a.m. when we had to leave--not sure if this was because...

'The staff was amazing. Very helpfull and kind. The bathroom smelled (shower, sink, bidet), we let the staff know and they tried to fix it but it didn't help sadly. Also the airconditioning was very weak. The room stayed warm so sleeping was uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice. Area was unpleasant but it was close to the center which is nice. The room was also very small. '
