It does not have an elevator in the building and is the penthouse, so the renter must be able to climb carpeted stairs up to the 3rd level to reach the apartment. If climbing stairs is an issue, this apartment is not for you. However, the views make it all worth while.'

The Nest t-stat is locked and can only be controlled by owner. It was 79 degrees when we arrived and 79 when we left. He was completely unresponsive to our requests for cooler air. The windows don’t open. Could not sleep at all. It was stifling. I know people can be a little unreasonable with A/C, wanting it freezing, but the listing says there is A/C and 79...

'Peaceful, comfortable & newly renovated. The downstairs (living room & kitchen) were more spacious than expecte. The bedroom & bathroom are on the 2nd floor. The stairs to this floor are steep. Also note the bed is low to the ground & may be difficult for some ro use. There is a shared wooden deck to enjoy the late afternoon sun. Parking is available right in front of the house. 'First of all, I traveled from Texas to this property. It took an hour and a half to get in the security, to find out it was unlocked the whole time. Then once in the hallway you get hit with a horrible cat smell. Them once in the apartment, the kitchen was dirty, the bath tub was filthy and the mattress looks like someone peed on it about 25 times. The property manager came to access the issue and did nothing about it. We left immediately and had to find some were else to stay. I'm still waiting...
