'Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida...

'The transfer of elevators was a little inconvenient. However, I appreciated when they allowed me to check in at 2pm when I showed the email informing me about that when their actual check in time as posted at the Front desk is 3pm.'

'The staff here is super nice. This hotel is located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manilla and is an area with some folks who are struggling financially.
So if you stay here you will be contributing to a neighborhood that needs the support of good people. It is not dangerous at all.
I actually want to see this side of a city and see what folks are really dealing with. I saw aspects of Manila here that I would not have seen had I stayed elsewhere.

The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.'

"Zeer goede en vriendelijke service. Men doet echt alles wat mogelijk is, om jouw verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement is zeer ruim en comfortabel, al lijkt het op de foto's van Hotels.com wel wat mooier dan in werkelijkheid.Zeer goede ligging, dicht bij toeristische bezienswaardigheden en bij de Robinson Mall met veel eetgelegenheden. Het zwembad is een meerwaarde. Zeer lekker ontbijt, te kiezen uit een menu. Aanbevolen."
