'Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff is very polite and well trained. Breakfast buffet offers a good diversity of Asian and European dishes and the kitchen works hard to keep up the pace. The housekeeping left us cute towel art on our beds every day, we loved it. Location is pretty far away from makati and the airport so with the always terrible traffic (between 8am and 19pm) it will take you about 1,5 hour to get to makati with the taxi. 'There was a rat in the ceiling awning The hotel had lots of homeless outside so it wasn’t safe to go anywhere after dark '

'It was ok stay, was charged to a hanger that was barely touched but insisted that out responsible for being broken. Oh well. Lesson learned. Make sure you take photos of everything to make sure you dont get charged for something you didn’t do.'

'Wi-Fi did not work. USB port did not work. Ac was very noisy. Was moved to another room in a higher floor and finally got wifi. USB ports once again did not work. Had to get an extension cord and plug it behind the tv to charge phone '

'The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.'

'The hotel has been nicely remodeled and the rooms are clean and well appointed. There’s nothing else in terms of amenities - no restaurant, cafe, or anything else - but there are plenty available in the neighborhood. I would stay there again, but would request a room not overlooking the road. The traffic noise just can’t be blocked out. I had to change rooms after a noisy first night, but the staff were very gracious about it.'

'Summary: Not satisfied Rooms are clean and up to date. Location in Manila is good. However, don't expect availability of the free parking. Not able to connect to the wifi. There is no hot water in the rooms. Staff of room service will blaim their mistakes on the customer and charge wrong. Many flaws for a visit of one night only. '
