'Ok'

'If I could rate zero I would. Arrived late from airport. Gate was closed. Rang doorbell for 10 minutes but no one opened. It may be cheap but don't waste your money and your time. It is also a shady area with few streetlights. How others gave good ratings are beyond me.'

'Didn’t like staff service, unclean room, clogged bathroom sink, noisy and old air condition and surroundings.'

'We spent was amazing the night before government appointment. The staff was excellent and it was exceptionally clean. We ordered food twice and it was delicious. Will stay again on next trip.'

'I stayed here before but things are getting really bad here. The room was dirty and smelly. Service is getting bad as well. I stayed here because its near the family of my wife. That would be the only reason to select this hotel because there is nothing to see or do in Malabon and far away from anything interesting. I will not stay here again.'

'Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate '

'The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.'

'Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff is very polite and well trained. Breakfast buffet offers a good diversity of Asian and European dishes and the kitchen works hard to keep up the pace. The housekeeping left us cute towel art on our beds every day, we loved it. Location is pretty far away from makati and the airport so with the always terrible traffic (between 8am and 19pm) it will take you about 1,5 hour to get to makati with the taxi. 'Great staff All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. Very sweet, the check in people, the greeters at breakfast, the guy at the omelet station hooked me up with great food made to order and the bakery made great bread and snacks. 'Amazing hotel, And what helps create that is the staff. All the staff there are incredibly helpful and friendly which makes your stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Also the beds are very comfortable. A 5 star rating from me and will definitely stay there again.'
