'What a wonderful stay on Beech Mountain! There were 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs and we all had plenty of space to spread out! We enjoyed the porches, hot tub, and fire pit table. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable too. It's located in a peaceful location with a beautiful view. We would stay here again!'

'Our family loved everything about this house. It's not often that a vacation rental is better than the pictures, but that is absolutely the case with Bear Trail. The house is gorgeous and perfect for an extended family, and the views are amazing and the sunrise is stunning! Also our 1.5 and 3 yr old grandkids loved the teddy bears!'

"One night stay here after staying at their sister hotel in Raleigh. The property itself is fine but no atmosphere compared to Raleigh. Easy parking, clean and comfortable room. Not much to do within walking distance, except a burger takeaway. We tried to walk to a nearby microbrewery. It should've been a 5 minute walk, but we found it impossible to cross the 6-lane highway in front of the motel so gave up and went back to our room. Maybe, as Europeans, we're not used to the American way of driving everywhere, but to visit a brewery, walking would seem a safer option. Pleasant enough motel but not sure we'd return."
