Older hotel but very clean and cool interiour. The rooms are big and the Location is perfect. Close to the pier. Parking available at the other side of the Street for 11£/night. Would recommend'

'We got a message after the reservation was done about the bar/club. The noise was louder than we thought.
The window in the room can use some new paint, and the ceiling in the bedroom could use some new plaster.

'The breakfast and the AC make a difference in comparison to other hotels in the city. The room has space and is well distributed for comfort. There are spaces to chill out too, and it is very close to the beach. I recommend this hotel.'

'Prettig klein hotel. Lekker zwembad, mocht alleen niet met balletje gooien etc ondanks leeg zwembad...beetje flauw. Ontbijt prima, kleine parkeerplaats maar toen bij aankomst vol was ivm receptie, konden we dubbelparkeren en heeft men v receptie onze auto later keurig geparkeerd. Personeel aardig, alleen in de bar was men niet allemaal even vriendelijk.'

'Stayed for the Bournemouth Triathlon. Very convenient for the transition area on West Cliff Gardens. Great location. Nice and quiet but shops and restaurants nearby. Staff helpful and friendly. Comfy bed. Would recommend! '

"Helaas geen kidsarea, terwijl die wel op de website staat. Ook het ontbijt was niet oké. De ene kamer was ruim, koelkast aanwezig, wat erg fijn was. De kamer van onze vrienden was helaas in de kelder, met maar 1 raam en geen koelkast. Badkamer veel loshangende onderdelen. Helaas liep het putje van de douche niet goed door, bij beide kamers. Al met al zat het er van een afstand goed uit, maar daar is het ook mee gezegd. Het zwembad is lang niet vernieuwd, er staat nog een andere hotelnaam binnen. Water is warm, maar niet schoon. Een beetje meer aandacht ook aan de buitenkant van het hotel en buiten bij het zwembad kan geen kwaad. "
