'Very politie and helpfull people at the desk.
Older hotel but very clean and cool interiour. The rooms are big and the Location is perfect. Close to the pier. Parking available at the other side of the Street for 11£/night. Would recommend'

'Clean room, with coffee and tea facilities in the room! Spa was clean, modern and great outdoor pool! Would definitely book again! Nice view of the seaside and close to the centre of Bournemouth. Only downside was the parking, as limited spaces best to get there early to get a spot. '

'We got a message after the reservation was done about the bar/club. The noise was louder than we thought.
The window in the room can use some new paint, and the ceiling in the bedroom could use some new plaster.
The window was a but drafty'

Got a doggy package with a bed, towel, blanket, toys, cookies, bowl, placemat …. So cool'
'A lovely peaceful hotel, beautifully decorated. Pleasant staff. Relaxing bar and lounge. Good choice at breakfast. Free parking and ideally located with a shortish walk to the beach (via Toft zigzag). Not too far from town centre which is 5 mins by car.'

'Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely.
The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it.
Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in.
Our stay was very nice. '

'Great hotel, has an old school country club feel about it, with lovely grounds to the front overlooking the sea. The night I stayed, there was a fantastic Jazz evening followed by someone playing a few tunes on the babygrand piano (me!). Short walk to the centre and main attractions. Like an oasis in an urban dessert, I cannot recommend it enough. I look forward to a return visit soon.'
