Didn't encounter any staff during my visit, only stayed 1 night & there was a contact number provided but I didn’t need to call for any assistance. 'We loved the quaint nature of this lodge, nestled in the golf course. You do have to be prepared to drive up a small hill and parking can be quite tight but it’s well worth it for such a spotless and modern room which provided a really comfortable stay. Very easy to check in and out and you get the option to use the spa and gym facilities as adults. A perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bournemouth but close enough to walk into town (it’s downhill so good...

The window in the room can use some new paint, and the ceiling in the bedroom could use some new plaster.

'The quality of the bed is good. Breakfast is very tasteful, with fresh fruit everyday. The room was very clean . The extra's in the room were nice. Every day the hotel staff paid personal interest in their guests.'
'This is our second visit this year. Love the bed and having a balcony view our dog loves the hotel also.
Car park is really secure and after checking out we could leave our car for a bit extra charge to visit the beach.
