'My family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....

'Unfortunately, we ran into a situation with a sick child and had to make a last-minute change of plans. We were well aware that this was inside of the typical timeframe where adjustments to our stay could be made, but the experience we had made us feel undervalued and ignored. There was a complete failure by the host to respond to any form of communication, including multiple phone calls/messages, texts and emails. What if we had been on site, dealing with an issue in our room/unit? The total...

'Adorable little apartment with a beautiful view of lake Charlevoix. Very clean, newly remodeled and well stocked kitchen. Loved the amount of towels on the towel rack in the bathroom! Location is perfect and very close to downtown Boyne. Would definitely stay here again.Hosts were very easy to reach and quick responses as well. '

'Upscale apartment -- loved the dedicated parking space -- very convenient to shops/restaurants in Petosky -- yes, there is a busy street in front, but bedroom is in the back & no trouble sleeping. A wonderful oasis.'

'Wonderful small town of Bellaire to have coffee, shop, kayak, pontoon, eat and enjoy libations w/live music. Shanty Creek has tons of room to explore, play golf, eat and lounge by the pool. Great location, walking distance to the lodge. Highly recommend. '
