'Pros: Good location, friendly staff, ADA room was actually accessible with good supports in the bathroom. Cons: Filthy. I don't think they vacuum ever, bathroom was disgusting and blanket had stains. Water pressure is terrible. Staff sits outside the front entrance on their phones, smoking cigarettes. Would not recommend.'

'pros: helpful nice staff. decent free breakfast. good shower. cons: the TV didn’t work, a lamp was missing a bulb so we had to request that stuff. walls are thin. there is no light by the couch. there was no housekeeping for my 2 night stay. apparently housekeeping is only for days more than a certain amount of time.'

'The man at the front desk just handed me a key. He did not say anything about the breakfast, gym or dock on the salt pond. Another guest told us about the breakfast. 'The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. The curtains on the window were a solid panel so you couldn't really open them. I slid them aside. Fun fact: the metal box the mattress sits on makes a cool...

'It was just perfect! I only have one complaint, I rented this particular room with a door opening outside on the porch to be able to smoke. They still wouldn't allow any smoking outside your door. Unfortunately it rained out entire stay with no where dry to smoke. I understand , but for us smokers it wasn't pleasant. But it is very clean and well maintained with a lot of nice amenities!'
