'"Good communication during the stay and a comfortable place. Unfortunately, the experience was soured after checkout when we were held responsible for damage to a dishwasher we never used. I highly recommend taking date-stamped photos of all appliances at check-in and checkout to protect yourself."'

'If you are looking for a comfy stay in a cute neighborhood near Boston, this is a nice spot. The town is quiet enough with a nice walk along the shore, believe it's called the Greenway or similar. I ate at a fresh caught seafood place on the bridge that takes either cash or Venmo. The only thing to know about this unit is you'll walk up two flights of narrow winding stairs so as long as that works for you then all else is great, quiet, etc.'

'Great place for nearby Boston and driving around.'

'Very responsive human customer service rep, who rapidly in real time fixed a door lock code issue. Excellent location close to beautiful walking in Back Bay Fens park, lively neighborhood with many Berkeley students, coffee shops, restaurants within an easy short walk.'

'Very pleasant and quiet. Will chose this location on next visit.'

'Spacious hotel in downtown Boston. We had a pleasant stay! '

'Let me start by saying Jenny, the host of our 3 bedroom VRBO rental in Boston, was absolutely far and away the best host you could ask for. Her communication before, during and after the trip was fantastic. Check-in was smooth as butter! Instructions were crystal clear. The actual rental itself was absolutely immaculate! Very modern and updated accommodation with absolutely everything you could ask for. One major perk was assigned parking for one vehicle in the back of the home so you do...

'All services woks perfectly'

'Near convention center. Clean. Very basic. Room around the double bed is so small, you can access it from only one side. No closet. No light or lamp in bedroom. Baseboards heater are broken. Tiny bathroom. No electrical oulet near the microwave oven. Small "hotel room" style fridge. No place to eat except on coffee table.'

'The property is located in a convenient nice area and was very cleanThe apartment has sparse supplies Limited with extra linens and there is a strong odor from the next door Indian restaurant If you are sensitive to smells they this apartment is not for you Also the toilet ran intermittently and needs servicing There are no kitchen /food preparation items Like salt/pepper, oil or any staple'

'7 min from the airport, seamless check in and entry and a spotless, welcoming place- with coffee! Great rental- perfect if you’re coming/going from Logan'

'Our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly what was pictured. Very clean and brand new. Felt very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable as well. Linens and towels were provided as well as shampoo and body wash and hair dryer. Bedrooms are large as well. Great for large groups too. Our host was very nice and easy to contact. She also replied right away. You always hear about the owner not responding right away, but Jenny always did. I highly recommend!'
