'We honestly had a sub-par stay but the customer service was amazing! The hotel had us in a room that had an issue with the fridge. The odor got bad enough after a few days that we couldn’t continue. They moved our room, and discounted our stay due to some damage to our food stuffs and clothing. I have to say I was very pleased with the management and would give them another chance even with a less than perfect experience.'
