'We had a very nice stay at the Far View. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. A nice half way stop between Copperas Cove and Galveston. So much to do in Brenham. We spent a day at antique shops and art places in Brenham. For dinner we went to Brossa's Cibo e Vino, just a mile from the Far View and recommended by the hosts, it was fabulous. We would stay at the Far View again tomorrow. '

'Our #1 choice when in College Station. Clean rooms, great vibe and decor. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a good time with a solid night of sleep. Only con, if you book through a third party such as Expedia, they will go out of their way to remind you you’ve booked with a third party. The rooms they reserve for you are not as well located as they would be when booking directly with The George. This last stay they must have mentioned that we booked with a third party at least...
