'The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

'Overlook was the perfect place for my family (me, my husband, our two girls (15 and 11), and our little Westie) while visiting family for Christmas. The house was spotlessly clean and absolutely charming. The location is amazing, too, being so close to 71. Jake is an amazing host, as well, making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area!'
