'Overall a very clean and adequate space for being close to the beach. There were enough beach tags, chairs, umbrellas that you don’t need your own. Household supplies were well stocked and available. They also allowed our two small dogs. But there is no queen bed as listed.'

Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . 'Our family had a wonderful stay at The Palm tree Paradise! It was conveniently located to the beach (5 minute walk), clean, comfortably fit our family of 6, and the owners were very responsive. We loved having space to spread out in the backyard. I recommend eating out there if you have more than 2 people staying because the dining table only has 2 chairs. Bring some disinfecting wipes for general clean up & a spatula for the grill because there wasn’t anything to clean or flip burgers with. I...

The listing details are very inaccurate - my room did not have the bathroom and I had to leave my room to go to the bathroom and shower and it was locked and you needed a code. We could not sit outside because there are other guests and quiet hours started at 10pm. Check in and check out process was very easy. '

'Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay!'
