'When I arrived at the property, I couldn't get into the building because I had received no checkin instructions. I saw a few message asking me to pay for a damage deposit in my Expedia inbox. But I didn't get any advanced notification in my gmail inbox until on the checkin afternoon. Because I was travelling, I couldn't have seen these messages until I arrived at the property.
